I was purchased a watch one plus watch from this site in UAE then I got a notice the watch is not available and once available the price would be not the same as and also they don't have any idea when will available

Pathetic cutomer service.

I place the order and made huge payment and it was duly accepted by Expansys Hong Kong. Than I received email "7/5/2021 at 02:51 Sent email - EXPANSYS - Order 152K-0C0D-1EBC - outside region T&C confirm"I confirmed T&C and submitted all Docs. How can it be outside region since my last order got delivery from them few weeks back. Now they are not responding to my email at all. My money is struck. No phone or contact point.

Potential Scam

1. No phone number to enquire or follow up your order. 2. No respond from the ONLY so call "supporting channel" - Email. 3. Will ask for your ID card/ passport, credit card and address proof after you pay, otherwise they're not gonna ship out your order.

They tell phone not in stock yet but…

They tell me the phone in the colour I want is not in stock yet but you can pre order it. Then through track your order, the order is discontinued because the colour I wanted is not in stock.One minute their website says the particular phone I want will be available in a few days then it's not. Scam?

I paid online and they said transaction is not succeed. so I paid again by credit card. Now they said this order only accept bank transfer which is via hk account -_-kidding me?

Be Aware before Placing an order

They contacted me asking for a photo of my credit card, a copy of my passport, and a proof of my address. This is not something to share over an email with strangers. This seems like fraudulent website requests.

Bought the Samsung Galaxy Tablet A 10.1 for a very competitive price from Expansys. The delivery from Hong Kong to Japan took a while due to the fact that I had to upload some ID verification documents. No complaints and the tablet arrived. After 2 days the Tablet did not work anymore meaning the screen became unresponsive. Did a hard reset of the tablet but that didn`t help either. Reached on March 27th for support. I had placed an order for a phone from Expansys, the order was placed on 28th March 2021, and the website stated for delivery in 1 day it would have to be via DHL and it would come at an extra cost of AED 140. I opted for the option and placed the order.
