Pushing their political agenda
Pushing their political agenda on people isn't something welcome. This is a software company that makes it easier to handle expenses. Political messages have nothing to do with the service, and is totally unwelcome, unsolicited and simply propaganda. Don't abuse people's emails with BS.

GDPR Violation and Unethical Usage of Customer Data
Dude, you've got European customers which have a right to proper handling of their data. By me receiving that email, I just learned that you don't care about the required standards, our contract and the rights I have, just because you felt like it's a morally right thing to do. This is a serious violation of European GDPR standards!

Pushing through political agenda via email
Stop pushing through political agendas. This is the first time in my life that I have seen so blatant push of a political message from a company. I am not even a US citizen (living in EU) so I really do not care about politics in US. Not a company I would provide with sensitive information
What do you like best? Reasonably-decent online service, easy-to-understand user interface. What do you dislike? Using my company's personal information as some sort of partisan political statement; hiding when confronted about misuse of information. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Exepensify was great at helping us quickly manage our financial data.

One of the things that I like the most about Expensify are the little automated reminders you get to do certain things, reports, processing or anything else you have it set up to do. In our busy work lives there are a lot of the little things that I sometimes forget to do or don't remember the deadline so it's nice to have the reminders.
