Really easy to use

We have been using Expend for 4 months…

We have been using Expend for 4 months now and find it really great for capturing our bank card usage across the organisation.The app and dashboard are continually updated and change requests acted on.Yes we got a £10 amazon voucher to offer up this review, but we do like this product. And why 4 star? There are some changes being awaited for the iOS app re making individuals expenses claims to come, but its on the way... and 5 stars isnt sustainable ;)

Expend : Better Control and Visibility

Our company transferred our ad-hoc purchasing system to Expend and this has provided us an ideal method of financial control and tracking expenditure. The system confirms a transaction instantly and displays how much remaining budget an individual has. If a card is lost it can be blocked at a stroke. There was a recent system problem whicg limited transactions but the support team kept us updated throughout the repair.

It's a great service and really to use…

It's a great service and really to use and upload your receipts by phone. Means you don't have to keep lots of paperwork. Few minor teething issues with processing delays but great apart from that.

Seriously horrific customer service

Seriously horrific customer service! Want to close my account but can't! and need to follow up 3 times for them to do it while it keeps charging me!
