What do you like best? Features and it was very user friendly. It cuts down on time while doing expense and accounts. What do you like best? Expend is just amazing. Always a seamless experience, best of the mobile app. But their customer service is beyond comparison. What do you dislike? I have tried a number of different card spend reconciliation apps and Expend is by far the best. The main advantage over competitors (e.g. Pleo) is it's Xero API integration. Whilst all other apps with APIs only really pass one-way information from the 3rd party app to Xero, Expend creates a live link between the two - transactions immediately appear in both and update in both.
