What do you like best? This is a great software for a smaller sized company looking for an easy tracking and expense management tool. The app is very intuitive, friendly interface, and easy to use, not much training required. Editing/Amending expenses is simple. Auto-VAT / Tax calculation is nice, perfect for global teams / teams with international presence. And reporting looks great, good visual breakdown of costs per category. Best prepaid card service for big and small teams

What do you like best? The app is very quick and alerts transactions straight away to remind me to take pic of receipt. The fact that it is linked to my bookkeeping software means that is one less headache i need to worry about. I just spend on the card, get the alert on phone, tax a pic and categorise and save. A Good Starting Point

What do you like best? Makes managing petty cash, gathering VAT reciepts and millage claims super easy What do you dislike? Even with new mobile app the submission process is a bit awkward. I get a little lost in the web app sometimes as the structure doesn't feel obvious. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Reduced time to approve expenses, management of spending limits and cards for staff.

What a brilliant system

What do you like best? New job, new expenses system - what a transformation. So easy to use, and keep track of. No more long spreadsheets to complete, no piles of receipts waiting to be scanned and copied. Thank you. What do you dislike? Nothing! It's great to use. No complaints at all. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's saved me so much time, when time is the one thing I can't buy in.

What do you like best? Ease of use with app and admin straight forward to utilise. Mileage is the differiator to its competitors What do you dislike? Mileage function needs fleshing out. What do you like best? What I really like best about Expeni.com is they managed to change our company purchase order system from our old physical paper form to a computerized system. My colleague doesn't need to send me their purchase order form anymore, and they can log in to the system and request it by the computer on their own. No more requests get missing or overlooked as the system will notify me every pending order that is not complete yet, and that makes my work so much easy. What ...

What do you like best? The automatically connection and the offset with credit card CSV data updating. The mileage clains you can add just scanning the documents (electronic tax scan is not possible). Great to have also a nice list with the cash expenseves. What do you dislike?
