Expend is very user friendly. I love the fact that I am able to easily catalogue my receipts and, allocate the expenses without any spreadsheets!The automated VAT calculation is an added bonus. The app is visually intuitive and clear. Simple to use and has made my work life simpler

Expend is super easy to use!

Expend is super easy to use and instant! Handy to be able to keep checking back what you need to upload and checking recent uploads process. Only problem is they disappear when work changed quarters so I had no access to previous documents.

It's just SO EASY

It's just SO EASY. Whether it's paying for things online, paying in person (contactless, in the Covid-19 era), uploading receipts, filling in the details for our finance officer. I've never before used such a quick and easy system and feel a bit wistful for the hours I;ve previously spent filling in spreadsheets and photocopying or scanning receipts.

Great solution for a parish council's online expenses

After some initial teething problems which were down to my understanding of how the card works, the account has run exceptionally well and has provided a real solution to the restrictions faced by a parish council in making online purchases. The reports give clear, accurate information to pass on and reconcile with the accounts. Queries have been answered in an informed and helpful manner

Before the update you were able to click the notification and it would take you straight to camera mode now it doesn't if this could be back it would be great

Really fast and simple system to use…

Really fast and simple system to use and I love the mobile app. Makes life much easier than having to go through your calendar at the end of a month to see what you need to claim for.

I use expend on a daily basis, for all my expenses for the Business. It is a great tool, and something that I would recommend, for people who need to keep a track of all their expenses. A great Tool
