Terrible UX riddled with bugs, lack of adequate support

My team and I have been using Expandi for almost a year a half now. When I started, I knew little about LI automation, so Expandi was kind of my first LI automation tool –– I just couldn't be too demanding in terms of features and stuff. At first, I was pleased with their personalization and bulk data importing/exporting capabilities –– these two features, I must say, are really what Expandi still shines at, at least for me. Very hard to use the software.

Very hard to use the software and you can tell it is new and not very well laid out.I paid and eventually figured it out after a lot of hrs.I just wanted to change my email address in the system, they made me a new account and the nightmare began.After so many emails I cannot be bothered to count. I am still not able to access my account, 3 weeks later!Don't use!
