"Exotel Integration for FreshSales CRM Tool"

What do you like best about Exotel? We did The Exotel CTI integration with FreshSales and the integration was very smooth, we were able to get real-time recordings of the calls and also make calls right from the CRM tool. The support team was able to troubleshoot few initial glitches that we encountered during the integration process.
