Great Product for Knowledge Base System

What do you like best? Platform is a great tool for all users, whatever their experience. The interface is easy to navigate and platform offers tons of features! What do you dislike? I do not see any disadvantage for now... What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? It's easy to look up the info I need with the search function What do you dislike? I know my employer opts to use this platform probably because it's highly customizable but I find there are alternatives out there that would make much more sense and be easier to use What business problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? Great for capturing knowledge and more importantly re-using it! This is one of the best platform for social collaboration.. I would say this is a cutting edge platform for the start ups as well as the big organizations. What do you dislike? eXo provides a lot of interesting features centered about collaboration.. It is very user friendly and nice Look and feel. I am going to give a demo to my client on this next week.. I dont see any disadvantages or dislikes ...
