Exclaimer Signatures are very easy to use
What do you like best? Exclaimer is easy to use, I was able to figure it out, mostly on my own, and whenever I've had a question exclaimer support has been helpful and responsive. Easy enough, but could use an update
What do you like best? The best thing about Exclaimer is being able to centrally manage all signatures. What do you dislike? A great update would be to be able to add certain content blocks that are the same for everyone in our organization, while at the same time, being able to adjust others according to the profile of the users. i.e. selecting per user whether or not to display their mobile phone number. Exclaimer is the best solution for any company Signature.
What do you like best? Exclaimer gives us a uniform Signature. Easy to deploy and configure. Lot's of templates available for any type of business. What do you dislike? I don't see any downside from Exclaimer. Recommendations to others considering the product: Everything is awesome! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The only thing that I am fixing is the customized fonts that our user experience team provided me.

The only solution you need for automated signatures and ending manual processes!
What do you like best? We started using Exclaimer internally and loved it so much that we started offering it to our clients. At last count we had over 3000 mailboxes being handled by Exclaimer. The ability to have the signatures created and attached automatically from Microsoft 365/G Suite data is key.
