Excellent and Easy Cloud/AD Linked Email Signature Platform

What do you like best? Easy to deploy and maintain. Exclaimer makes it easy to keep our on premise AD updated, then synced to Exclaimer. I also love the fact that we can have multiple signature templates to cover all of our divisions as well as add marketing banners when needed. What do you like best? A software that is simple to use and configure. Moving from the on premise product to the cloud one, the structuring of its framework allows for even more simplicity, especially the Office 365 suite. Very easy to use and amazing features. Very easy to apply to the correct people it needs

What do you like best? the ability to not have users worry about having to attach there signature when using a range of different devices. not having worry about making signatures for new staff. ability have different signatures for different recipients/types of emails eg new, reply and forward etc. I also like how helpful the support team are. SMB that was looking for affordable signatures but Enterprise solution!

What do you like best? I love the interface for testing that is just a tab away. I really like the support. I ran into questions and challenges and they were addressed very quickly! We were up and running before the trial was even done. The Executives were super impressed with how I streamlined our signatures and email disclaimers and how professional they were. Exclaimer - Easy Setup!

What do you like best? The easy install and configuration was a breeze. Just enter your MS365 admin account and let Exclaimer take care of the reset. What do you dislike? We experienced multiple disconnects with the administration site. The issue appeared to be with our firewall, but no matter what ip/host names we whitelisted, we could not get it stable. Great product and easy to use

What do you like best? Easy to setup. Clean GUI Easy to scale. We were using CodeTwo and felt that explaimer was cheaper and much easier to scale. It allows us to let the end users design their own signatures to give them that personal touch. But also allows for easy management and control moving forward. What do you dislike? Simple product, does exactly what it is supposed to do.

What do you like best? Dynamic content is the magic behind being able to centralize signatures and get them out of the hands of the end user. Microsoft Outlook's own signature editor is HORRIBLE, and you would think by version 2019 that Microsoft would have made improvements to that but they haven't.
