Before Exclaimer Cloud, we depended on each of our 50 employees to follow a style guide for the signatures, with varying degrees of success, and slow updates when we needed marketing changes. What do you like best? I find Exclaimer Cloud is extremely easy to use and implement. I have implemented it at two companies so far. I love how simple it is to set up and when I edit signatures, they are live as soon as I click save. I have rolled out the client-side signature agent which means our users can choose between signatures before sending emails. Increasing or decreasing users is very simple to. What do you like best? It takes less than one minute to link Exclaimer to an Office 365 account and start creating a signature template. The support team are ultra responsive and I have yet to come across an issue which wasn't resolved in the first answer. Great service with many ways to get what you need from it

What do you like best? The signatures are malleable. The way you can assign them is able to be targeted in many ways. Support is quick and easily able to fix any issues we have run into. Implementation of the agent is easy and updating is just as easy. Users do not need admin rights to apply the updates and that makes the process even easier. What do you dislike? What do you like best? My Signature in Outlook is always up to date and it follows me around where ever I go. We have worked with other customers who s signatures are not uniform and they all look different and it makes the com pany seem very unprofessional.
