What do you like best about Exceed.ai? Once you get a good grasp of the platform, Exceed is easy to set up and use. It pulls leads from Salesforce based on the logic you build into your reporting, so you have complete control over who is contacted and when. We work with Hadas, and she is extremely responsive and helps with any issues or guidance that we need. The value we see by leveraging Exceed has been growing month over month.

What do you like best about Exceed.ai? Sometimes I forget to follow up with potential customers and exceed will do the work for me and put me right back in the loop. It has saved me many times, and oftentimes, the customer doesn't know it is an automated system, which is awesome!

What do you like best about Exceed.ai? I use Exceed.ai normally to connect it with our database and platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot (among others). Intuitive UX/UI, I can schedule meetings through my calendar (Microsoft Outlook or just my Calendly account). It is highly scalable, facilitating fluid conversations in real time. A/B tests are of great benefit and allow us to improve so that we can obtain better results in the future.

What do you like best about Exceed.ai? The onboarding is incredible and their process to get you started is pretty easy! The templated emails that go along with each use case are great but easy to update and change to your Brand voice.
