Overall a good product that is easy to use and maintain.

What do you like best? Ease of use in creating and consuming reports. What do you dislike? At the moment I am struggling with DashBoard utilization outside of their container. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? A reporting system that allows us to create the myriad of customer reports in a timely and efficient manner. Flexible and powerful tool for ad-hoc reporting and data analytics

What do you like best? I like how Exago is a flexible and easy to learn tool, especially for users with experience in Excel. The tool has also made strides in the last 2 years with the introduction of interactive HTML, dashboards and composite reports. We also like the extensibility of the tool and the option of adding custom action events and functions. What do you dislike? I still would like to be able to run multiple queries and combine them in one report. Also, the performance ...

Exago Survey

What do you like best? What I liked best -- if this is an option -- is the outstanding support. What do you dislike? Setup of the data objects is time consuming. But I don't dislike this all that much. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are looking to solve our own reporting problems and provide a solution to our clients that can make them more self sufficient

Excellent tool for web based ah-hoc reporting on complex data

What do you like best? Easy to configure and get running, its a very simple process of pointing it at a data source and to start generating reports, graphs and dashboard, plus the product is regularly updated with new features. As it is web based, there is no client side install. What do you dislike? Nothing at the moment, earlier versions had a clunky UI but that has improved greatly release on release What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

Flexible and powerful reporting

What do you like best? The ease to create simple to complex reports and dashboards that can be filtered dynamically. Casual users will easily be able to create reports with detailed ans summarized data while advanced users will be able to create complex reports with advanced calculations and graphs. What do you dislike? Some functional limitations. We faced some challenges with drill-down capabilities and with graphing but the support team at Exago was there and helped us find ...

Exago, the Business Intelligence tool has enhanced our product offering to our custome

What do you like best? “What we found is Exago gave us the flexibility to roll out our subscription-based software to numerous customers without being penalized monetarily for every business-intelligence usage." What do you dislike? There needs to be a better UI for date selection for reports & graphs. Other than that, Exago is extremely flexible and allows us to configure the web pages with infinite possibilities. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have ...

Choosing a Great Partner: Exago's BI Reporting Tool

What do you like best? Fantastic Communication. Whether it is the Exago Team, or the system. I come from the business development side of our business and to be able to get immediate responses to questions, or that clients can get the same from the Exago system for their analysis needs, reflects positively on SMS's . What do you dislike? Seriously? Absolutely nothing. We are a relatively small start-up and as such can be proportionately overly demanding on vendors as we go through our ...

Great for integrating reporting into web apps

What do you like best? Flexibility for defining data sources and applying row-level. What do you dislike? The CSS style changes were tedious to change to our bootstrap-style UI. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Needed to give our customers the ability to create ad-hoc reports and dashboards.
