Overall a good product that is easy to use and maintain.

What do you like best? Ease of use in creating and consuming reports. What do you dislike? At the moment I am struggling with DashBoard utilization outside of their container. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? A reporting system that allows us to create the myriad of customer reports in a timely and efficient manner. Customers are satisfied that the data is available in an easy to acquire process.

What do you like best? I like how Exago is a flexible and easy to learn tool, especially for users with experience in Excel. The tool has also made strides in the last 2 years with the introduction of interactive HTML, dashboards and composite reports. Easy to configure and get running, its a very simple process of pointing it at a data source and to start generating reports, graphs and dashboard, plus the product is regularly updated with new features. What do you like best? The ease to create simple to complex reports and dashboards that can be filtered dynamically. Casual users will easily be able to create reports with detailed ans summarized data while advanced users will be able to create complex reports with advanced calculations and graphs.
