What do you like best? - We have a great working relationship with Exago. They listen to our needs and help us to solve issues. Response time via their online support system is great. Adds value in ways that extend way beyond reporting

What do you like best? The tool's flexibility of implementation, and ease of use. What do you dislike? Slightly outdated handling of PDF reports. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Exago BI's primary benefit for us is that we are able to devote our development team's extremely limited capacity to true feature and functionality development, instead of having to spend time developing reports for our user base.

What do you like best? The team is very helpful, supportive, and just generally easy to work with. They make every effort to answer questions, share best practices, and listen to feedback. Powerful doesn't have to be complex

What do you like best? Starting with the installation, it couldn't be easier. You can literally start developing a report in 5 minutes from scratch! Support team is amazing, an application very intuitive but if you get into any trouble, an email or a ticket to them is answered very quickly and effective. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Our application works pretty seemly with the Exago tool. The support and assistance is great, new features added are often just what we need.
