What do you like best? Customer engagement team is awesome. Quick to answer questions (always same-day) and will always find a solution. There are a lot of documentation available as well for self-help. What do you dislike? Product is tricky and foreign at first touch. Intuitive and Easy to Use

What do you like best? I love the ease of changes. Adding, removing, and rearranging my data fields, filtering data, creating visualizations all with little work on my end. Additionally I can create reports of all sizes, from a 'Year to Date' summary to a 'Year over Year' comparison of weekly revenue by category. What do you like best? Exago comes with a lot of extensibilty options thus you can tailor the product to fit your way of how you are building your product rather than being forced to use a rigidily built software.
