I called in with three issues. He quickly researched and resolved two of them and also informed that the other issues is already known and being worked on. That issue should be resolved later today. I am very pleased with the customer service I received today. Thank you.

"Effective choice for voicemail and fax solutions over the internet"

What do you like best? The ability to answer messages and call clients back using the connivence of my personal phone, but not having to worry about sacrificing my personal number to incoming calls. What do you dislike? There is a short/variable delay of about 5-15min, before the message comes through. The callers number is not displayed unless they leave a message Recommendations to others considering the product: We integrate this app with our AT&T landline and when a call is missed it ...

What do you like best? It's a fantastic program for political campaigns or coalition clients that work remotely and/or need a number they can use publicly. Pretty easy interface to use, the mobile app is great. What do you dislike? It's more steps than it should be to record a message. I should be able to call into my number and/or account and be prompted to record a message just like we do for our personal voicemails. It seems a little outdated to have to record a Mp4.
