What do you like best? If they could earn a lower rating I’d provide it. Full frontal scam service that doesn’t even answer the phone..when you call them let alone when people called us What do you dislike? Everything it’s fake and in appropriate. I called from the US about some fraud committed on one of my cards, charged to evoice. Lia was extremely helpful in getting me information about the fraud which will help me get the problem resolved.

Issue resolved quickly without hassle!I had an issue that is to long to explain here but I leaving a review because of the excellent customer service I received. I believe the Reps name was Russ and he did an outstanding job! Put me on hold and came back a couple of minutes later letting me know he was working on my issue and and when he came back it was resolved!
