"Evisort makes managing contracts so much easier!"

What do you like best about Evisort? Evisort is intuitive and has a great design! Uploading a contract is simple, and Evisort even generates a summary of the agreement. What do you dislike about Evisort? Nothing at this time. The Evisort team has answered all of my questions! What problems is Evisort solving and how is that benefiting you? I save so much time searching for a contract. I can even search by specific fields to make my searches even more accurate.

What do you like best about Evisort? Searching for specific terms and conditions What do you dislike about Evisort? I was not too fond of the layout for uploading our user-defined fields transferred over from another CMS. What problems is Evisort solving and how is that benefiting you? Evisort met the standards of our auditors for reporting on pricing contracts submitted to customers.

What do you like best about Evisort? One of the better AI capabilities I've seen in a contracts management system. Good and easy to use product. What do you dislike about Evisort? Lacking ability to create a full blown workflow like other ECLM system. What problems is Evisort solving and how is that benefiting you? Uploading old files.

Out-of-the-box data points and provisions and data points are incredibly useful and accurate, and the ability to create custom company or industry-specific provisions is accessable and powerful. The system provides immediate returns on a broad range of use cases providing insights across portfolios of contracts not possible with other systems. What do you dislike about Evisort? The OCR engine occasionally struggles with poorly scanned documents, but it's ...

What do you like best about Evisort? Easy to navigate and find key provisions within a contract/agreement. What do you dislike about Evisort? Nothing, so far their staff has assisted with any questions or concerns we have and walk us through how to do tasks we may not have done before. What problems is Evisort solving and how is that benefiting you? Access to items quickly, limiting the need for paper contracts in office.

Needs a more automatic way to create email alerts for expiring contracts What problems is Evisort solving and how is that benefiting you? Problems = keeping all of our "buy" side contracts in one centralized location for easy access Benefits = probably being aware of expiring or renewing contracts before they actually happen

What do you like best about Evisort? The AI capabilities are the best I have seen in any contract management system. Far advances, easy to use and intuitive. What do you dislike about Evisort? There's not much that I dislike but there are some features on the drawing board that will be helpful in the future for such areas as obligation management and contract clause and template library.
