What do you like best about Evisort? The AI used to inform me of upcoming deadlines. What do you dislike about Evisort? I don't think everything is intuitive -- I think also the communications portion between users should be more prominent. What problems is Evisort solving and how is that benefiting you? It will phase in the ability to come up with redlines based on our already existing templates for those documents received by outside parties.

What do you like best about Evisort? The automatic AI funtionality to assess key points of contracts. What do you dislike about Evisort? Creationg of individual work flows for each new contract or document is annoying. What problems is Evisort solving and how is that benefiting you? Provides the means to allow rapid comparison of terms and conditoins among many diverse contracts. This was previously done manually or neglected due to lack of time.

What do you like best about Evisort? I like the minimalistic theme/overall look of the platform. I like that it syncs with our OneDrive and if structured properly from the get-go then it becomes helpful in organizing and for AI to learn our contracts, clauses, etc. I like how the filtering functionality is so far, you can add in a bunch of conditions to filter out specific documents that you're looking for. What do you like best about Evisort? It's very user friendly, easy to share with multiple employees and control access levels, and very detailed in the organization. The customer support is also top-notch. I wasn't around to see the implementation or integration, but to my knowledge, it was exceptional for the original administrator to implement and integrate. Evisort EASILY allowed us to upload and pull meta data on these contracts - including identifying documents we had in repositories that were not executed contracts. What do you dislike about Evisort? What do you like best about Evisort? Evisort has allowed us to put in workflow process that allows for all the proper signoffs and reviews to take place and get documented. No one is ever unintentionally left out or skipped now and we've got full visibility into the changes that were suggested/implemented.
