What do you like best about Evidenced? I find Evidenced really easy to use. It's great that it removes bias from the interview process by allowing you to move candidates through the interview process to with different interviewers without being swayed by earlier feedback. It's really easy to involve others in the interview process and get all of the feedback in one place. I also love that you can go back and watch the interviews to help make a decision.
