What do you like best about EverythingBenefits? Everything Benefits has been easy to work with in conjunction with building out our new HRIS implementation. What do you dislike about EverythingBenefits? There have been no dislikes with Everything Benefits during our implementation. What problems is EverythingBenefits solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about EverythingBenefits? EB provided a greatly simplified solution to otherwise complex carrier connections What do you dislike about EverythingBenefits? TBD- The process has been good so far. CS has been very responsive What problems is EverythingBenefits solving and how is that benefiting you? Establishing EDI connections with our HRIS was time-consuming and problematic. EB allowed us to get back to our day jobs

Everything Benefits worked well with Our HR department to integrate our current HRIS with other systems we were using What do you dislike about EverythingBenefits? at this point there was nothing I disliked What problems is EverythingBenefits solving and how is that benefiting you? eliminating having to run reports in multiple systems by having them directly integrated together.

What do you like best about EverythingBenefits? I have had very few issues with EDI transfers. What do you dislike about EverythingBenefits? Sometimes not as responsive as I would expect. Recommendations to others considering EverythingBenefits: EDI is pretty seemless What problems is EverythingBenefits solving and how is that benefiting you? I no longer have to enroll/disenroll employees in our various benefit platforms. EverythingBenefits takes care of all of this for me.

What do you like best about EverythingBenefits? EB sends data between different systems seamlessly. The user interface that Everything Benefits designed inside our payroll system is great. I really enjoy how they took the time to lay out all portions of the key components. What do you dislike about EverythingBenefits? The testing process takes a little while but otherwise it is great. What do you like best about EverythingBenefits? EverythingBenefits has streamlined our processes and saved our clients hours. They eliminate errors and duplicate entry between carriers and the payroll system. What do you dislike about EverythingBenefits? File testing does take a bit longer than we would like. What problems is EverythingBenefits solving and how is that benefiting you? EverythingBenefits has allowed us to eliminate errors with billing and help our clients save time.
