"Open enrollment and implementation"

What do you like best about EverythingBenefits? The ease of us, clearly defined processes. What do you dislike about EverythingBenefits? There is not much to dislike, the service is second to none. What problems is EverythingBenefits solving and how is that benefiting you? We have not experienced any problems.

What do you like best about EverythingBenefits? Ability to streamline COBRA administration, and set up EDIs with carriers to lessen admin steps What do you dislike about EverythingBenefits? Time to go live for EB can be a bit lengthy and requires manual until all is set up Recommendations to others considering EverythingBenefits: Ensure enough time is being built in for implementation What problems is EverythingBenefits solving and how is that benefiting you? Cobra admin, carrier connections

What do you like best about EverythingBenefits? The EB team was very professional and delivered wonderful customer service. The team is friendly and was helpful. They were always there when you needed them and they communicated well. What do you dislike about EverythingBenefits? When reviewing pricing it wasn't clear and my clients needed further explanation of workflows. What problems is EverythingBenefits solving and how is that benefiting you? Carrier connections and benefits administration

What do you like best about EverythingBenefits? I like that my systems can speak to each other. I generally can be hands off and not worry about whether or not the information is making it from my HRIS to my benefit vendors. I like that it only takes 1 person to run the system. I can let my other HR reps do their jobs while 1 central person takes care of the benefits. What do you dislike about EverythingBenefits? Communication with my EB rep is not great and it usually takes several ...

What do you like best about EverythingBenefits? We no longer need to manually send data to our carriers, this is uploaded weekly out of UKG. Our Benefit Carriers receive all tiers of coverage and dependents- this includes, medical, dental along with vision to another carrier. Dependent information is pulled from our HRIS (UKG) to include, DOB, SSN, and gender. The information provided to our carriers also includes Cost centers which helps our finance and accounting team with reconciliation ...
