I was trying to load the Evernote app…
I was trying to load the Evernote app on a new organization provided PC. My organization's security system allowed me to download and install the program, but when I discovered I had not recorded my last password change (and could not remember it) I tried the reset password option. My security system stopped the reset link as a known security risk. So, I thought I would contact customer service and get help changing from their end. Guess what? There is no customer service!!! Absolutely Terrible Upgrade.
I have been using Evernote for over 10 years and a premium subscriber. It worked fine up to the new v10 'downgrade'. Now it is slow, laggy and generally terrible. I will be migrating all of my notes and info then cancelling my subscription. Bye bye Evernote, its been fun. Sack your new development team.

Recent changes have turne a once useful…
Recent changes have turne a once useful program that was always there when you needed it, into a flakey 'nag' of a program... it will not apply upgrades properly... empty popup windows... tells you new (but same) version available... and the UI has changed so you cannot find things any longer. New development team need dismissed, and get it back to original product.

Horrible
The latest updates made the app impossible to work with as it has become so freaking slow and unresponsive. I have sent them feedback to bring this to their attention and they don't seem to have taken action on it/read it. I have also provided feedback a while ago regarding another issue and they neither replied back nor implemented the fix. The end of the Evernote era?
Have used Evernote Premium for well over a decade. It wasn't perfect, more like a text archive, and missed feature that couldn't be too hard to implement. Then Version 10 was released at the end of Covid year 2020...Version 10 .... I removed it as I couldn't figure out how to work with it. Researched it and apparently features have been removed. 3 weeks & still going
An old account was charged for the premium subscription. I contacted support to get it refunded and the account deleted. The refund happened promptly. Trying to get the account deleted, that is a different story.I'm now working with my second technician because the first one did not listen to anything I told them. I provided screenshots of the information. They continued to provide the same troubleshooting steps.All I want to do is delete the account

Not worth the money and dodgy renewal…
Evernote is not worth anywhere near the £50 annual charge. It's flaky and the note taking on powerpoint slides is poor. Also, they give you no warning for auto renewal. Whilst this is not illegal, it's very poor form and more than a little underhand.
