What do you like best? I enjoy the flexibility Evergage gives us in altering the main content of our website without having to go through the front end team What do you dislike? I do wish the Visual Editor was a little more intuitive and little less buggy, but it looks like those changes are on their way. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We usually use it to promote campaigns and test different assets

What do you like best? I enjoy using pop-ups on our website to help convert leads to apps in our digital campaigns. What do you dislike? I do not understand gears yet. Other than that, I do not dislike anything. Recommendations to others considering the product: Take advantage of all of its capabilities. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? Evergage was very helpful in helping our small digital experience team to set up campaign templates, best practices or helping us build out our strategy. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I love Evergage's customer success & support teams. They are available at all hours and help organizations with strategy & everyday needs. What do you dislike? Their visual editor UI is lacking. I started off using it (I didn't know HTML/CSS at the beginning) and now I only code things myself and haven't touched the visual editor in months.
