It was great for experience for planning our event.

What do you like best? That the participants can pay/purchase admission online. What do you dislike? Sometimes it was hard to find what I was looking for. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Planning an event where people can pay with a credit card. We really liked the option to be able to absorb the fees so that the participant didn't even know they were paying them.

Already Great, and Growing Better All the Time

What do you like best? I like that Eventzilla is always working on improving their service to make it easier and smoother to use for both the event organizer and the customers. On top of that, Eventzilla has a lower transaction fee for the end customer than other similar websites. What do you dislike? I think ticketing options could be a little more streamlined.
