What do you like best about Eventsforce? It has a really simple to use, but robust call for papers module. It was easy to set up and did everything we wanted it to do. it was also pretty easy to use for submitters. What do you dislike about Eventsforce? The system is not a great tool to manage conference registration. It requires multiple clicks and steps to sned emails, cancel registrations, you couldn't do substitutions or change registration types without cancelling records completely ...

Working in a small office means that there usually isn't enough man power to get all the heavy lifting of an event completed, such as creating the materials for handout or the day-of tasks in maintaining the entire conference.
