What do you like best about EventPilot? The "Knowledge Base" has *all* the answers to questions on where to find information. I absolutely love it. It's also very well organized so that's great. In addition, anyone can learn how to use this platform in minutes. And if they have a question, cue knowledge base. What do you dislike about EventPilot? What do you like best about EventPilot? The service we receive from EventPilot is superb. Our account manager, Valerie, is fantastic. She is quick to respond and come up with solutions to any troubleshooting we come across. As for the app itself, it is intuitive and easy to use. The CMS is easy to learn and navigate, as well as viewing reports. What do you dislike about EventPilot? What do you like best about EventPilot? We have used both of the standard version and the enterprise version for our meeting apps, and we love both. The apps have lots of features and are easy to use at the same time. Our users love the pin drop feature and the sync function across different platforms.
