"An Offline Software that connects seamlessly online "
What do you like best about Esri ArcGIS? Arcgis is probabaly best used for its mapping utilities. Specifically, what I enjoyed the best was that heatmaps with specific filters can be made within the software and then (after signing up of course) it can be transferred a work in progress with colleagues around the world. What do you like best about Esri ArcGIS? ArcGIS has numerous features, which allows the user to create any type of map. Maps can vary from very simplistic to very complicated. There are a lot of customization options which allows the user to be creative in terms of visuals.

What do you like best about Esri ArcGIS? ArcGIS is extremely powerful and flexible, with the ability to import data from a huge variety of sources. If there's a tool or feature that's not already built in to the application, you can build your own with Python.
