Custom for those who want it
Espo isnt for everyone. But if you are willing to spend the time learning it, you will have a custom solution like no other. The community is amazing, and the developers are very responsive.

Great for small and medium sized businesses
EspoCRM is one of those great (and few) open source platforms that is easy to setup, maintain and configure.It has the potential to become a powerful and customizable platform to suite many needs, not just as a CRM.If you are a small or even a mid sized business, look into EspoCRM, you won't be disappointed.

I like it
I like EspoCRM for its rich functions and adaptability. The setup is a bit complicated at first but if done the CRM works like a charm.A better support (e.g. easier documentation with images) or a more active community would be a plus to this great product.

Fast, rock-solid, easily customisable (custom entities/fields/layouts). Straight-forward API for integration. Have used for several years with no problems. A hidden gem in the CRM world.

Great CRM
Great CRM. Customization opportunities galore. Development team consists mostly of one man who does a great job communicating the changes and helping with customers on the espo crm forum. There are some disadvantages to using the crm over some more mainstream ones. The main disadvantage is the integration features from other clients but the API system is getting improved daily. This crm is my go to choice for any crm requirement.
