"Consistently Disappointed"
What do you like best about Escapia? The best part of Escapia is that it's a HomeAway product; well, kind of, HomeAway bought the company some years ago but it is still very much run separately. In theory this should mean the integration is the most seamless and the Escapia team should be the quickest to adjust to the changes being made by HomeAway. That theory is the #1 reason we chose Escapia, however, it hasn't played out quite like I had hoped.

"ESCAPIA CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS HIDING BEHIND THEIR KEYBOARDS"
What do you like best about Escapia? CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS NOT RESPONSIVE, DOES NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS OR ACKNOWLEDGE SUPPORT TICKETS. WE HAVE BEEN WITH ESCAPIA FOR YEARS AND THIS IS THE FINAL STRAW.

"Worst Vacation Rental Software Ever"
What do you like best about Escapia? The tech support team is great, but the software is cheap and not what a vacation rental company needs to operate efficiently.
