I can easily search through the postions my compnay is hiring for and then refer someone by entering either their phone number or email. What do you like best about ERIN? I like that it shows internal and external positions, it keeps tracks of the bonuses, it is very easy to use, I like that you can do a general referral or directly send the job to someone
