What do you like best about ERIN? I like how easy it is to refer someone in the portal. It also is super helpful to see where your referral is in the interview process.

What do you like best about ERIN? After getting used to the format, it is super simple to make referrals to friends/colleagues from the employee referral app. It's nice to follow the hiring process of the people I have referred. I would check often to see if anyone followed through with applications. I can't wait to get my first referral bonus in a couple of weeks-the app also let's you know the dates the bonus will be paid out.
