Decent UI with helpful customer support
What do you like best? The Dashboard and Cap Table graphics render quickly and are very helpful. The customer support is excellent and friendly. What do you dislike? The online access for investors is limited. Accounts with beneficial ownership can be grouped for viewing, which is good, but view/edit permissioning allows viewing of all investors and at this time, cannot be restricted to just their accounts.
