What do you like best about EqualTo? EqualTo really helps us save a lot of time when it comes to commission calcuation and it drastically reduced the number of errors made. Prior we did our commission calculation in individual excel sheets, meaning a lot of manual work and regular calculation mistakes. Sales also get a clearer more transparent view of their commissions. What do you dislike about EqualTo? Took a while to get our plan just right, but was great after that. Every month it takes around 15 minutes to finalize compensation instead of the original 2-4 hour rush - and our sellers can see their commission, check the calculations, and correct if they notice something is wrong.
