Great support!
What do you like best? When I was locked out of the app on my phone, the customer service rep tried over and over again until we got it working. He was very patient with me. What do you dislike? That I had to uninstall and reinstall the app. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's more convenient to sign in using an app on my phone.

What do you like best? It was fast and convenient, I did not have any problems with them. What do you dislike? Nothing they were great, I received a response really fast. Fast response to our employee's concern
What do you like best? The customer care team's quick response helped us reassure our employee's concern which was handled quickly and accurately. What do you dislike? I don't have anything at this time to be concerned of. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Many of the things our employees need such as pay stubs, W-2s, employee-specific documents, etc. are right at the employee's fingertips.

Great and east experience!
What do you like best? The ability to manage time from a secured site without having to sign in. OKTA and EPay make it very simple. What do you dislike? The only issue I had was logging on day1 Recommendations to others considering the product: It’s worked great thus far. Easy to log in and manage time! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Ease of use! Simplicity is key.

What do you like best? Epay is pretty user friendly - after being trained for 3 days, I was ready to jump in and start using it. We use Epay primarily for associates to clock in and out and manage the payroll process. The customer support is definitely better than average. I submitted a help ticket and received a response back within an hour. One quick phone call and my issue was resolved successfully. exceptional!!
What do you like best? very easy to use appears to have a good following of users a new use for me. They are able to resolve issues quite quickly. What do you dislike? nothing really to dislike all in all seems like a great site to use. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
