So many reports available to control labor

What do you like best? EPAY HCM has made my life easier to evaluate the labor for all my locations. The detailed reports make it easy to figure out where issues may be coming from. Epay is Awesome--

What do you like best? Easy to use and alot of different reports so you can always see what you need. I love that you can set alarms for things What do you dislike? Haven't found anything yet. Great system for payroll

What do you like best? The system is very easy to use. You have everything you need to make your job easy. The Customer Service is great. They resolved my issue right away even it was after office hours What do you dislike? Some times I have to log in many times to get online What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? helpful part about epay is you log in and all your employee time and overtime if any is right there it does all your adding and show who is there and who is not you can also go back to your last pay log very helpful .employee id numbers are also there. Friendly, responsive, and supportive customer service.

What do you like best? There are many benefits to using the Epay HcM if your company utilizes them. Employees can change their address, print W-2s, keep track of PTO, adjust exemptions, among many other tasks should they choose to utilize. What do you like best? very helpful. and quick response time to getting the help i needed. i forgotten my password and there were fast to respond. then when i didn't understand the process they were quick to help by calling me and walking me threw the process until i got the situation handle. Very Great System!

What do you like best? What I like best is how user friendly it is. What do you dislike? I keep having to update my password, but that's not really a bad thing. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I love all of the reports that are available on the program, it makes my job so much easier.

Outstanding Experience!

What do you like best? The representative understood the problem, was knowledgeable, and provided an adequate solution. He was also able to provide information on training which was fundamental. What do you dislike? The service was exceptional, therefore I would not make any improvements. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I was trying to get assistance adding a new member as well as training options.

Excellent customer service.

What do you like best? It's almost like doing business with a small, family-owned business. Customer service reps are engaged, responsive and knowledgeable. I rolled my eyes when I saw that it was going to be a call back but my phone rang less than 5 minutes later and a few minutes after that my problem was solved. Thank you. What do you dislike?
