What do you like best? Very timely and professional. Responded to my issue very promptly. What do you dislike? I cannot think of anything that I dislike. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I was locked out of my account with trying to log into a new browser with the wrong password.

Excellent addition to our business
What do you like best? Easy communication and effective results. I only rely on this system to preform time tracking, payroll, and time management. What do you dislike? No dislikes, always utilize the service for every new account. Never had an issue. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Full control of time management for employees. Accurate payroll to assist in budgeting and forecasting.

What do you like best? I had some issue with my payroll and wasn’t entirely sure whom to contact to have it solved. Once I sent email to epay, it was immediately forwarded to the right people. There was absolutely no delay in resolving my problem. On top of that, the person who was dealing with me was very friendly and helpful. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I was unsure on how to complete a mass upload for a recent stat holiday in which only certain employees would receive the pay. The EPAY team quickly responded to my inquiries and directed me through each step using snapshots and explanations. What do you like best? I use Blueforce 7 by EPAY Systems for our payroll. The new update offers a cleaner, smoother layout, while still having the same helpful customer service staff available when you need them. What do you dislike? 2 things I would change: 1. When editing the payroll of a staff member, it would be easier (and faster) to edit all staff / entries vertically, instead of horizontally. 2. Improve page refreshing times. What do you like best? I enjoy working with the Customer Support Team. They are polite and patient, even if you ask the same question over again. The responses usually include screen print and examples, or they will call you and walk you through the functionality, which is helpful as it allows you to ask questions as you go. What do you like best? What I like best about EPAY is the ability to inprocess personnel from around the U.S. quickly and easily. I also like how users can update their own information easily and quickly. What do you dislike? The think I dislike the most is trying to get a help ticket resolved.
