What do you like best? Customer service! I felt like I was being heard! What do you dislike? User guides a little confusing at times not so step by step or needs to be updated. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? A centralized source for all my payroll needs

EPay is An okay
What do you like best? The tech was very knowable in the area that I needed help in What do you dislike? the connection was not as clear to enable me to hear him easy. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? the time clock had to be replaced and a new one reassigned. They could help with a clock not just PCs.

What do you like best? If you run into problems they are there in a timely matter. What do you dislike? There is know downside of using EPAY, Its a good program What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I couldn't get into my acct, I emailed them and they responded very quickly and solved my problem.

Great Service; Better Customer Service
What do you like best? Online application is quite easy to use. What do you dislike? Only issue with the service are the password reset requirements. Sometimes it seems that when I change my password the system doesn't accept the new one, but deactivates the old one. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Epay has made timekeeping quite easy for my team. Benefits would include online reporting tools that can be exported to Excel.
