What do you like best? What I like best about EPAY is the ability to inprocess personnel from around the U.S. quickly and easily. I also like how users can update their own information easily and quickly. What do you dislike? The think I dislike the most is trying to get a help ticket resolved. It takes a few days to correct if you input the wrong social security number or last name. There is no way to manually fix the error as an administrator. What problems are you solving ...
