Excellent Service
What do you like best? Chat service made it easy and convenient to get assistance and resolve my issue. What do you dislike? There was some confusion about who within my company as authorized to assist the EPAY staff members. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I needed access to my staff’s time clock submissions. I now can more closely monitor my staff’s hours and make sure we stay on budget.

The system is amazing and very easy to show employees how to use.
What do you like best? I'm the account manager and using the system to do payroll and time management is great. The way it's set up you just cruze through it. What do you dislike? The only down side is if i'm rushing to do something in the system and at the time the system is re-booting. It only takes a few minutes, but to be truthful there isn't anything i dislike about EPAY. Great Customer Service
What do you like best? Always nice and friendly when on the phone. Eager to help solve the problem. Always asks if there is something else that they can do to help me. What do you dislike? Easy to use, and excellent customer service
What do you like best? I use Blueforce by EPAY Systems for our payroll. I love it. It's easy to use and the layout is easy to the eyes. There aren't tons of small buttons that you need a text book to understand (like a video editing program I've used in the past). It's to the point, and when you have 20+ people on payroll, saving time is what you need. Keep it up! What do you dislike? Easy to use, not time consuming or complicated at all.
What do you like best? What I like best about EPAY is that the format isn't complicated and it's easy to use. Once you enter all of the required information, the information connects to Blueforce. What do you like best? The best thing about EPAY is that it is easy to add and fix the time for employees. The online chat for any help is fantastic they get to you right away. What do you dislike? What do you like best? What i liked best is response time. When i sent them an email about my issue the reply was sent back very fast and resolution was fast too. What do you like best? EPAY chat help is the best ever. No matter what time I have an issue, I click the Chat and they're always quick to respond and get it resolved. What do you dislike?
