What do you like best? I enjoy how streamlined it has become, the service time has improved with regards to help from the helpdesk What do you dislike? It took me a min to figure out what and where I would need to find everything I would need What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I find it is the most accurate way to keep track of all my labor needs and scheduling needs

My experience with Pray is always Excellent. Quick, effective and very easy to navigate
What do you like best? Well Customer Service is always Excellent, and when it comes to the navigation, everything you need is always at your fingertips. Great for multi-site managment of payroll
What do you like best? The variety of way my team members can clock in and out, phone, web, smart phone app. It caters to their abilities. What do you dislike? Properly approving payroll can be a challenge, since I have found several ways to get the timesheets approved. Also notification when password is about to expire. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? N/A

What do you like best? One thing that I like most about EPAY systems is that it is very self explanatory. Customer Service workers are very prompt and helpful. What do you dislike? Time Clock Blocked by Firewall
What do you like best? The associate that handled my case was very helpful and patient with me despite my ignorance. She walked me through each step patiently. What do you dislike? I don't really have a complaint other than the fact that there was an issue with our clocks, but it turned out to be because our clients firewall was blocking them from syncing. Brief log in and out time
What do you like best? Easy mobile access from my cell phone. No fuss and I don’t have to hunt down a phone when I get to the hospital What do you dislike? There is nothing to dislike about the product. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Having to search for a number and find a house phone is a problem I don’t have. Likewise, that is a benefit and I can log out as I exit the hospital.

Makes Clock In/Clock Out Very Easy
What do you like best? I really love being able to clock in/out on my phone- I am a forgetful person so having 24/7 access to this really helps me! What do you dislike?
