"User friendly and super helpful"
What do you like best about Entrata? I love Entrata for neat storage of all our digital files, resident communication with read receipts, and seamless lease and renewal generation/distributiuon. What do you dislike about Entrata? In the search update, some past residents will not come up! However, there was an improvement from the previous search tool that would not show residents on Notice when typing just an apartment number. What do you like best about Entrata? Entrata is user-friendly. You can get into the software and find your way. If you cannot, their support is AMAZING! The Customer Success Managers are TOP NOTCH! The Sales team is there to help you through the process of contracts, etc. OH, did I mention the marketing team? And what about the swag? "Entrata is the most user friendly property management software"
What do you like best about Entrata? Entrata is very user friendly, by far the easiest property management software to learn and use. What do you dislike about Entrata? I cant think of any downsides of using Entrata, ewscpeially when you compare them to their competitors What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? I am working with Entrata on our utility billing and we just implemented precise ID and income verification. Our tram has been spending too much time playing ...

"My favorite PM software!"
What do you like best about Entrata? Entrata is super easy to navigate, and you can always find everything you need quickly. What do you dislike about Entrata? There used to be a pricing tool that was super helpful. I wish that would come back! What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? Paper and filing. Everything is electronically stored which cuts down on paper use and huge files!

What do you like best about Entrata? I love that Entrata is so user friendly and anything you may have a question about is 9/10 x already in the help center with answers! What do you dislike about Entrata? I dislike the new search feature. Maybe its because I was so used to the old version... What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you?
