"System is simple and easy to navigate."

What do you like best about entomo (formerly KPISOFT)? The layout of the system is clean and neat. It makes it seems so easy for users to understand, navigate around. Also user able to set the next level target and work towards it. What do you dislike about entomo (formerly KPISOFT)? It is unable to filter some of the selections and unable to undo once the next level target is set. It can be better if the system allows the flexibility for users to make changes. What problems is entomo ...

"BEST PERFORMANE MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE"

What do you like best about entomo (formerly KPISOFT)? The system gives me nudges whenever I need to take an action and this enables me to focus on actual work and not worry about my performance. The insights are quite helpful in assessing performance What do you dislike about entomo (formerly KPISOFT)? No Issues so far, the team has been really helpful in setting up the system, onboarding, training, support etc. the software itself is easy to use. What problems is entomo (formerly KPISOFT) ...

What do you like best about entomo (formerly KPISOFT)? The system is easy to use and all stakeholders can easily access it. Employees are able to monitor their own performance easily and analysis of employee's performances is more fair and unbiased. What do you dislike about entomo (formerly KPISOFT)? Employees are able to share their performance with their colleagues. Employees have to give a rating for each component before submitting to their supervisors. What problems is entomo ...

What do you like best about entomo (formerly KPISOFT)? It replaces what we are currently using.Everything is simple to understand What do you dislike about entomo (formerly KPISOFT)? So far during the trial everything is working well.No issues What problems is entomo (formerly KPISOFT) solving and how is that benefiting you? Solving the issue of using spreadsheet,it's all digitalised. Easy reference to past years records, rather than having to check from past saved files.
