What do you like best about Enthu.ai? Enthu.AI does what is promises. It helped us get in-depth into the customer calls which our sales agents make. The best thing is the customer insights which Enthu.AI draws for us without any extra effort. What do you dislike about Enthu.ai? What do you like best about Enthu.ai? We used Enthu.ai for the first time and was a bit skeptical if this can help my customer experience and support team agents for training. With Enthu.AI we were able to custom build traning plans for our team of 48 agents Also, the enthu team is very responsive, and helps me with minor customisations whenever needed. The scorecards are a great way to help coach your team and improve their abilities. What do you dislike about Enthu.ai? The sentiments are all based on keywords you select. What do you like best about Enthu.ai? Enthu.Ai gives detailed metrics for each agent. I can easily qualify the agent's performance understand how they are doing the job and if they are adhering to the KPIs. Makes my life as a quality analyst a lot easier.
