"What Our Team Needs"

What do you like best about EnjoyHQ (Now part of UserTesting)? It's organized in a way that I can really pull together important insights to create a solid project readout. Our team was hurting for a tool to keep our project materials straight, and this could be the answer to that. What do you dislike about EnjoyHQ (Now part of UserTesting)? There is a pretty big learning curve. I have a hard time understanding how to utilize the tool to the best of its ability; I wish there were more ...

"Comprehensive, but cost prohibitive for small/medium teams"

What do you like best about EnjoyHQ (Now part of UserTesting)? Sophisticated tagging functionality makes it easy to do cross project analysis What do you dislike about EnjoyHQ (Now part of UserTesting)? Affinity mapping can be a pain with a large number of notes so you have to export to Miro, and then manually move your notes into the right groupings afterwards. I've not seen another tool tackle this problem though. It used to cost $25/user/month, and we had two users. With the recent ...

"Inexpensive, Great Transcriptions"

What do you like best about EnjoyHQ (Now part of UserTesting)? Enjoy HQ has several great aspects. One, Enjoy HQ provides really quick and accurate audio and visual transcriptions. Second, it is a helpful platform in sorting projects. Third, it is inexpensive. Fourth, it has great analysis functions. What do you dislike about EnjoyHQ (Now part of UserTesting)? There really is not anything I truly dislike about Enjoy HQ. It has everything we have needed for our projects - sorting, ...

"Organizing research, great customer service"

What do you like best about EnjoyHQ (Now part of UserTesting)? I've tried multiple research repository tools, and EnjoyHQ has been my favorite by far. It took some practice getting used to some of the way things work but overall it's very customaizble which is nice. Their customer service is extremely friendly and helpful with any questions the team has had. Overall, we are happy with the tool and the direction our research organization is headed! What do you dislike about EnjoyHQ (Now part ...

I don't really have any dislikes at the moment. It's a solid product offering. The overall approach and functionality serves our organization's needs really well and I wouldn't change a thing. "Annoying usability issues and not very intuitive UX"

What do you like best about EnjoyHQ (Now part of UserTesting)? I think the ability to organize data by adding a myriad of attributions to a note is good (e.g. tags, properties, groups, etc.), but the taxonomy of these attributes is not easy to understand What do you dislike about EnjoyHQ (Now part of UserTesting)? - Usability issues - e.g. there is a button to expand a section and a different button to close/collapse the expanded section - I don't understand the organization What problems ...

"EnjoyHQ has transformed our research practice"

What do you like best about EnjoyHQ (Now part of UserTesting)? All of our qualitative research activities feed into EnjoyHQ, and the highlighting, tags/properties, and analysis board are integral to the process of individual research projects as well as building a repository of insights for future projects. What do you dislike about EnjoyHQ (Now part of UserTesting)? In general, the structure of tags/properties being applied to highlights or documents is confusing to new users. Also, the ...
