What do you like best about EnjoyHQ (Now part of UserTesting)? Enjoy's project and research-outcome-based view on data management is refreshing, and it gives more than just what a normal file repository would give. Their file searching and classification is one of the strongest I've seen and the way they classify their users (admins, viewers, etc) also works out well for uses-cases of Enjoy in my company. "Good intentions, poor execution and troublesome line of communication"

What do you like best about EnjoyHQ (Now part of UserTesting)? I really like what they want to do -- embed insights and multi-media formats in stories, create a dashboard with custom tags and filters, and use a plan/inbox/analysis/summary format to guide users through the research process. What do you like best about EnjoyHQ (Now part of UserTesting)? Transcription is a life saver, we tag parts of interviews with relevant titles and can find them easily by searching for the tag. What do you dislike about EnjoyHQ (Now part of UserTesting)? Transcription can be better, especially in Turkish. But I believe it will improve with time as it is quite new. "Easy to Share Research between projects"

What do you like best about EnjoyHQ (Now part of UserTesting)? The ability to upload videos with automatic transcriptions and find and replace in edit has made my job so much easier! Also that the transcriptions are timestamped and linked to the video. It makes both editing and tagging insights extremely easy. What do you dislike about EnjoyHQ (Now part of UserTesting)? Still trying to figure out the best way to input data in csv form and use the data to find insights in the repository. ...

What do you like best about EnjoyHQ (Now part of UserTesting)? It's organized in a way that I can really pull together important insights to create a solid project readout.
