"A nice way to get the pulse of your org in a remote and async world"

What do you like best about EngageWith? It is a nice way to share my feedback with the company in a quick and painless way. I also like the Slack integration for shoutouts. What do you dislike about EngageWith? It is not always immediately obvious in Slack where I am meant to answer surveys when I have already filled out a few. I wish I could choose the gifs for my shout-outs. It would be good to be able to see the pulse of the whole org with EngageWith in a transparent way e.g. '50% of ...

"Really good experience thus far."

What do you like best about EngageWith? The ease with which you can use the add-on on Slack. The engagement you receive in a short span of time. I haven't used its competitors, so not sure how it fares against them, but overall a good product. What do you dislike about EngageWith? Not a lot. Weekly notifications are a little annoying. No, there is nothing that I haven't realised that could make this better. However, maybe fixing the weekly notifications can help. What problems is EngageWith ...

"Fun way to applaud your team"

What do you like best about EngageWith? The Kudos feature, where the team members can thank and appreciate teammates! What do you dislike about EngageWith? A filter sort out people from different teams could have been nice. What problems is EngageWith solving and how is that benefiting you? EngageWith was a very nice way to incentivise teammates!

"Give your colleagues the recognition they deserve"

What do you like best about EngageWith? Easy to use, and set the appropriate level of recognition for the team for their good work. Points mean prizes and that is easily managed, from the team's point of view. What do you dislike about EngageWith? You need to be careful about the allocation of points through the month as you can run out before the end of the month and then have to wait until next month to reward colleagues. Or I guess you could start with the higher number of points to ...

"I like the functionality within Slack and the differing amount of coins."

What do you like best about EngageWith? Slack integration, differing denominations of the coins, option for shoutouts, ability to share within teams or across a company. What do you dislike about EngageWith? The functionality within Slack is great but doesn't differentiate it much from other Slack plugins - making it hard for it to stand out in a world of many, many Slack plugins we already have. What problems is EngageWith solving and how is that benefiting you? Remote/global team who ...

"Publicly acknowledge coworker contributions"

What do you like best about EngageWith? It lives inside Slack, making it very easy and visible to the teams you want to share your colleague's accomplishments. What do you dislike about EngageWith? Doesn't seem very meaningful. Often is just brushed off. What problems is EngageWith solving and how is that benefiting you? Just allows public recognition

"I really enjoy beeing rewarded and to reward my colleagues for their effort"

What do you like best about EngageWith? The thing that I can reward my colleagues with kudos and everyone can see it on Slack, so they are updated with who is giving it all at work. What do you dislike about EngageWith? I wouldn't say I like a lot the Slack bot because it is not in Spanish. What problems is EngageWith solving and how is that benefiting you? It gives an extra recognition to employees and visibility is the key word.

"Provides a satisfactory experience to "engagewith" colleagues"

What do you like best about EngageWith? helps in recognizing and appreciating the work your peers have put in, its fairly easy to use and recognise someone off the fly, so this motivates the user to recognise someone. What do you dislike about EngageWith? i feel the UI of the dashboard when redeeming the stars could be designed better, lot of pixelated photos . What problems is EngageWith solving and how is that benefiting you? helps in showing that every contributing activity is appreciated.
