"Best tool to give direct shout out"

What do you like best about EngageWith? Direct shout to reward, a wide range of stores to redeem, leaderboards, and types of rewards, best part is that the reward points are actually valuable and not some random points. Also, one reward point = 1 rupee is best. What do you dislike about EngageWith? A few of my favorite stores are available no other issues. I guess Nike disappeared suddenly.
