Whilst pricing did not differ greatly - EngageRocket stood out from the team, the product and the relevance to business needs. Extremely client centric, and they understand our business and people needs. Not a typical "vendor" in the market.

What do you like best about EngageRocket? When I was leading a local SME, I used EngageRocket to keep a pulse on how people were doing as we progressed through the year. It allowed us to be more targetted in addressing employees needs and keep them engaged, and sunset things we were doing that we thought was making a difference, but wasn't.

What do you like best about EngageRocket? Engagerocket provides very clear delineation of the building blocks for employee enegagement. This assists managers in understanding both what they are doing well and what they can improve.
